Case 1

30 year old male who requested a fuller buttocks, especially in the upper portion of the gluteal muscles. Male buttocks are usually fuller in the upper portion of the buttock as the gluteal muscles enlarge with exercise. Females usually exhibit fullness in the mid- to lower gluteal area due to greater body fat. A custom sized buttock implant was placed submuscularly resulting in greater fullness and roundness in the upper 1/2 of the buttocks. Implants have been in place for approximately 8 years.
